You’ve just paid for your new site and it looks amazing! People will flock to it and your business will boom! Well that’s what we all hope will happen and with the right strategies it should. But there is one thing that is often forgotten – Website Maintenance.

When you buy a car you automatically accept that you have to service it regularly to keep it running well. The same goes for your website. Without proper regular maintenance your website can become unstable and vulnerable. This increases the risk of hacking or issues making the website no longer function as it should. Either way this can mean downtime causing loses in valuable traffic and customer conversions.

Today’s websites are built using a range of different plugins, themes and coding. With time these elements can become outdated and vulnerable to vicious malware attacks (hacking) and / or coding conflicts. Preventative maintenance is the best way to keep your site up and running. Being re-active to a site error is anti-productive and can lead to hours, if not days of downtime. Resulting in lost revenue and exposure.
